• Masks will continue to be required for staff. Although masks are no longer required for guests in accordance with state and parish mandates, they are strongly recommended for anyone who is unvaccinated.

• Employees are not allowed to work if they are feeling under the weather or if their temperature registers 100.4 degrees or above.

• We ask that if you or your child is not feeling well or has any symptoms of a cold, GI issues, rash, cough, virus, or bacterial infection, that you visit us at another time when you are feeling well.

• NOLA Kidsground prides ourselves in maintaining a clean facility and will continue to do so, abiding by CDC guidelines. As always, our staff will wipe down toys and play equipment and high-touch surfaces during play sessions as needed. More detail cleaning will occur overnight and checked again prior to opening each day.

• We have temporarily put away any toys or play equipment containing multiple pieces, such as our LEGO duplos and toddler ball pit and items that we are not able to easily disinfect, such as our books and cafe games.

• As always, we will have hand sanitizers available throughout our facility. We ask that all guests wash their hands with sanitizer or with soap and water in our bathrooms upon arrival to our facility.

• We offer contactless payment options, including ApplePay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.
